03Booking with the Telegram Bot
If you use Telegram, @nuruking_bot is the easiest way. You can check live availability and send a booking request in the same chat.
- Live availability — See which staff and times are available right now.
- Booking number — You receive a booking number (No.) after sending a request. Mention it when you contact us.
- Replies — Our staff’s replies are delivered straight to your bot chat.
- Languages — Available in English, Korean and Chinese.
04What to Include in Your Booking Message
When booking by messenger or phone, sending the following in one message is the fastest way to get confirmed.
- Date and time — e.g. today at 9:30 PM
- Number of guests — 1, 2 and so on
- Course — A, B, C, D, E or SP (see the price table below)
- Preferred staff — If you saw someone on the live status page, let us know (optional)
05Group Bookings
CHEON SPA has 11 private rooms, so groups of up to 11 guests can be booked. For business or golf groups, contact us the day before or early on the day so we can prepare rooms and staff.
06On the Day of Your Visit
- Address — Enter 702 Huỳnh Tấn Phát as your Grab destination. It usually takes 20–30 minutes from District 1.
- Opening hours — Daily from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM. For late visits, please check the last entry time in advance.
- Running late or changing plans — Let us know through the channel you booked with so we can adjust the schedule.
- Payment — Please confirm payment methods when you book.

09Frequently Asked Questions
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit it on the website?
No. A website booking is a request. We will contact you to confirm it. If you need an immediate answer, message us on Telegram (@hcm_385, @cheon702) or call us.
Can I book for the same day?
Yes. Check current availability on the live status page or with @nuruking_bot, then send your request.
Can I walk in without a booking?
Walk-ins are welcome, but there may be a wait in the evening and at weekends, so booking ahead is recommended.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Please let us know as early as possible through the channel you used to book (bot, Telegram, KakaoTalk or phone).
Can I book in English?
Yes. You can book in English through Telegram (@hcm_385, @cheon702) and the @nuruking_bot booking bot.
Can a group visit together?
Yes. With 11 private rooms we can host groups of up to 11. Please contact us in advance for larger groups.
